Setting flagstone onto a crumbling sidewalk

  The client wanted to have a makeover done on a ragged,  crumbling sidewalk.  The decision was made to place flagstone over it thus matching the patio we just did beside the walkway.  Here are some of the images of the work being done.  There are large rocks placed beside the sidewalk which help provide a form for the mortar and also give natural,  curved shapes to the otherwise geometric,  plain setting.  Plus they act as a solution for erosion control.   I tossed in a couple more jobs like the brick patio where we installed a low granite wall in mortar.  Another 8' by 16' patio with a wall by gate...

Taming a Wild Hillside

  This job entails removing many thorns and weeds.  The desire of this client is to make the area safe for her grandchildren.  Therefore remove the many hazards.  This was solved by bringing in gravel, six inch by six inch beams and mulch, and lots of digging.  These are some before and after pictures.  The clients were very satisfied.
